This is the second article in our Meet the Founders series. This time we spoke with Titti Myhrberg, a strategic thinker with a sharp focus on user experience and responsible business. Before co-founding Finnish Gaming Experts, she worked with well-known consumer brands in travel and hospitality, always looking at things through the eyes of the customer. Now she brings that same mindset into iGaming.

Let’s get to the questions.

What’s the story behind how you became a co-founder?

I didn’t plan to end up in gaming. It kind of happened naturally. I came from another industry, but I’ve always been curious and open to new challenges. When I met Wille and Marko, we had an instant connection. We shared the same values and saw a clear gap in the market. We wanted to build something better, something more focused on users and responsibility. That’s how it all started.

What makes your founding team work well together even if you come from different backgrounds?

We trust each other. It sounds simple, but that’s the core. We have full honesty, no games. We challenge each other a lot, but it comes from a good place. The different perspectives help us make better decisions.

What advice would you give to someone who’s thinking about doing something outside their comfort zone?

Do it, but be smart about it. You don’t need to have everything figured out, but you need to be curious and willing to learn. And make sure you have people around you who keep you grounded but still push you forward.

What makes your company different from others in the same space?

We are not trying to grow at any cost. We think long-term. That shows in our culture, in how we work with partners, and in how we think about user experience. We want to build something that lasts.

What’s your long-term vision for the company?

I want us to become one of the most trusted names in iGaming. Not just based on numbers, but because of how we act and the values we stand for.

What did you do before starting this company?

I worked in marketing and strategy, mainly with travel and hospitality brands. It was all about understanding people and building trust.

How does that background shape the way you look at the gaming industry?

It helps me focus on the user. I always think about how people experience things. Not just what they do, but how they feel when they interact with a brand. That’s something I bring with me every day.

What pulled you into gaming, even though it wasn’t your original field?

It moves fast. There’s always something happening. You need to stay sharp. I like that energy, and I saw that there was room to do things better.

Is there something the gaming industry could learn from your old sector?

Yes. Emotional connection. In travel, everything is about feelings. Gaming could benefit from thinking more about what people feel, not just what they spend.

Is there a belief or value all three of you share?

Yes. Always do the right thing, even when nobody is watching. That has guided us from the start.

How do you define success? For the company and for yourself?

For the company, success means trust and impact. For me personally, it’s about doing meaningful work with people I respect and being able to stand behind everything we do.

How do you keep Finnish values alive while aiming for international growth?

By staying humble and letting the work speak for itself. Finnish values like honesty and reliability, they work in any market if you stay consistent.

What personal value guides your daily decisions?

Integrity. I don’t want shortcuts. If something feels wrong, I’d rather walk away than force it.

How do you deal with stress or burnout?

Nature helps me reset. A walk in the forest or being by the sea clears my head every time.

Any personal habits you stick to no matter what?

Quiet mornings. Even ten minutes without noise or screens makes a big difference.

Do you have a guilty pleasure?

Cheesy 90s pop. If you play Aqua or Ace of Base, I’m singing.
